When an unprecedented snowstorm hits the village, the Sailor Scouts search for the reason behind this sudden weather phenomenon. They soon discover that the culprit is Kaguya, who has come up with a plan to freeze the entire Earth. It's up to the Inner Sailor Scouts to fight Kaguya with the Outers.
