"The Future Depends On Scout Power!"
Fiore, an old friend from Mamoru's lonely childhood, who could not survive on Earth returns with the flowers he promised Mamoru. But the evil flower, Kisenian, has intoxicated his train of thought and manipulates him to scatter his seeds across the Earth in order to steal the energy of all its inhabitants. It's up to Sailer Moon and Sailor Senshi to stop Kisenian.
