"The Final Battle Of Good Against Evil Is About To Begin!"

The evil Bison has devised a plan to brainwash all the Streetfighters and take over world power. He is determined to capture the mysterious Ryu (Shimizu), but when he can't find it, he sets his sights on Ken (Haga), Ryu's old childhood friend who trained with him. Ryu must use all his powers to save Ken and stop Bison.
