Boogie is an American veteran who has fought in many wars, including those in Vietnam, South Korea and Iraq. After the atrocities he experienced there, he returns to the city, hungry for blood. He satisfies his hunger by killing people and inflicting other atrocities on random people, all for money. Boogie doesn't care about anyone but himself.
