Adventure with clay.
Nice adventure film from the old days. The famous Tarzan author has written a solid story full of SFX, which was wonderfully carried to the big screen in 1925. With the help of a lot of clay, of course, but it looks better than the later King Kong. There is little tension these days, but the romance is still interesting and the score is beautiful.
The restored DVD is a feast for the eyes and contains two different scores, as well as bonus material.

We're talking 1925. Quite a good film. The precursor to all those other dinosaur films. He deserves to be seen. The animals may look fake. They were discussed quite a lot. The fighting among themselves was especially impressive with traces of blood and open wounds. It's also nice that a lot of effort has been put into the variety of animals with the allosaurus, apatosaurus, spinosaurus, stegosaurus, triceratops and pterodactyl.
I actually thought that ape man was the weakest creature and was also very unnecessary. It was rather clumsy how he behaved. Not too special in terms of content.
The ending left me satisfied. Here too, they already had the idea of transporting a captured animal to civilization. However, I was fortunate that the animal survived and fled to its natural habitat.
