What's Next? plot

Donald gets a blow to the head and becomes unconscious for some time. Then he finds that he can sometimes predict the future. Then he predicts that the notorious criminal Brewster will try to escape from prison and this actually happens. He can predict crimes! He decides to help the police to catch a criminal mastermind.
