"America's biggest hero is back... and he is not happy."
As it turns out, King Kong survived the tower debacle and is currently being kept alive artificially by a secretive group of scientists. This is to fabricate a synthetic heart. When successful, it should be tried and the only suitable one is a female Kong who has just been captured in Borneo. King Kong then decides that he must free 'his lady'.
