"TOUGH HIDES...and STOUT HEARTS!...THE DEAD END KIDS and Little Tough Guys!"
Young Link, Bud, Tommy, Rap, Pig, String and Ape make up the 'Dead End Kids'. The Dead End Kids want to fly and they want to build their own plane. So they team up with Arnold Carter, the corrupt owner of a crop duster company. Carter, despite his pilots taking risks, refuses to properly maintain his planes. When young Rap dies in a plane crash, his friend Tommy sets out to take revenge on Carter.
