Viral Assassins plot

"Violence is contagious!"

In the future, humanity will be threatened by a disease that is rapidly spreading and deadly. The government's solution to this is to have everyone who is infected killed by specially trained killers. This prevents the disease from spreading and also reduces health care costs. But what happens if the government itself becomes infected? And the only one with a formula in his head is infected by the virus and is being hunted by their best assassin?
