Umi no Hanabi plot
A couple of corrupt captains have ensured that the fishing cooperative in a small town on the brink of bankruptcy. Two young captains from Nagasaki must try to avoid bankruptcy. Meanwhile, the director of the cooperative is unsure whether he should marry off his daughter Mie to help save the day.
