Street Justice plot
Flynn's plane is shot down during a secret mission over Russia. Everyone in America assumes Flynn was killed in this. Years later, he suddenly appears in the west. When he wants to get a story from his superiors, it turns out that the American government has pronounced him dead at the time. Afraid of leaking this scandal and a huge loss of face, they put Flynn under lock and key again. Flynn, battle-weary, and seeking justice breaks out and quickly learns that a lot has changed in his absence.
