Underrated, because the least of the three is still quite a nice movie. Only the end is too easy that those 2 ninja robots will be hacked by that girl in no time at a distance.

The criticism that it's a bad movie because of less gory action (and more story) I find rather shabby. Yes, it doesn't show the high budget and it has become a film for all ages, but that doesn't make it a bad film. It is striking that part 1 of the 3 parts had the lowest budget and part 2 the highest. But hey the effects look the best here, even if there are fewer to see.

You also still get a socially critical film, just without the satire and gloomy of the first 2 parts. A nice scene is when the police hand in the badge en masse and stand behind the population.

Burke proves to be a great replacement for Weller. His face also seems enough. That Dr. Lazarus is nice. Just like Nancy Allen as always. That hacker girl is a little too Mary Sue.

Now I'm curious about the next TV series. And the later released Prime Directives.

Even worse than the second part. Story is not interesting at all, a boring Robocop and although the film is slightly less dated, it all looks very cheap. Ugly effects in addition (laughably bad even) and the action is nothing special. Only half a point extra for the very beautiful Jill Hennessy. 1.0*.

Excellent. better than the 2nd part and very pleasant to watch. everything happens and as a bonus that he can also fly in this part which really adds something extra. when I read the comments here that this movie would be bad and that some only get 1 star, I really can't understand. the remake of the first part is bad. RTL7 broadcast the remake as a replacement for the first part in the series of 3 parts. incomprehensible!
