When an amateur fighter refuses to fight, his sister Anya must travel to Rome and fight in front of an elite audience to repay her brother's debt to crime boss Julian. When she arrives, she is taken by the ruthless Janek and soon realizes that she is one of many women who have been kidnapped and forced to fight against a deadly gang of human traffickers.
