"It's Tough To Be A Black Hero."
Jack Spade leaves the army and returns to his old neighborhood when his brother dies. Jack declares war on the culprit of his brother's death, Mr. Big., a powerful criminal. He enlists the help of all kinds of old heroes from the 70s, the heyday of the blaxploitation films.

Nice parody of the blaxploitation genre. Certainly comparable to films like The Naked Gun. The joke balance is certainly not as high as in that series of films, but it is certainly funny and deliciously lame.
For a similar, but less tame and better parody of this genre: Black Dynamite.

Nice parody that has a few very successful jokes, sometimes a bit dated but definitely worth it. A bit comparable to the humor from Kentucky Fried Movie.

Not my thing.
After about 10 minutes it becomes clear that this is going to be pure slapstick, à la The Naked Gun. Written by a Wayans-descendant so you know what it is. As a parody of blaxploitation I probably missed a lot of inside jokes and references, because although I see the charm in it I simply didn't see enough of it.
