Breaker! Breaker! plot
"A town without justice. A hero without fear."
Billy, the brother of trucker Dawes (Chuck Norris), is assigned to transport a load of frozen meals. His route, however, diverts him through the small town of Texas City. Everyone in this village is corrupt, from the police to the bar owner, all led by Judge Trimmings. Billy is arrested in the village after having a fight with the police. Dawes of course does not leave it at that and goes in search of his brother.
