Boys on the Run plot

Charly, a 14-year-old arsonist, ends up at Beaufort, a strict reform school. Ignored by the other boys, he befriends Joe. They decide to escape and flee to the mountains. There they manage to survive by hunting and fishing. Suddenly gunshots are heard. Then Raindrop shows up, also fourteen years on the run from Captain, her stepfather and his violent militia. The three of them try to reach the railway.
