Good movie, Dwayne Johnson is a good Black Adam!!
Story is well built!
Action and spectacle throughout the film.
Very good acting, good & appropriate cast.
Hopefully upcoming DC movies will be like that too, then they'll really be gone

This movie is well shot but with a ridiculously bad plot and also very poorly told. The action is sometimes really good and I'm not really bored, but what an infantile bad film actually. There are also way too many characters introduced that I thought I missed a movie (Eternals had that same problem). Also that whole introduction that just needs to be explained. That's bad writing. Furthermore, occasionally very mediocre humor and that brother and that kid who is growing up were especially irritating. Brosnan, on the other hand, is visibly enjoying himself and with his charm and nonchalance alone he puts down a very nice character, in my opinion the best thing in the entire film. The Rock simply doesn't have it in this film and the villain on duty is instantly forgotten, as is the entire finale in bad CGI. 2.5*.

An action film that you can best watch in the cinema, if you want to see it at all. Story is nice but should take 1.5 hours longer with the deepening of all characters. While I already had "isn't it over yet?". Action for the action is not what I go to the cinema for. But hey, there are bound to be fans.
I like the way Dwayne Johnson acts. Not the well-known "McCleanssmile" and his eyebrow trick for once. Fairly serious with time and the late.
Mind at 0 and a large bowl of popcorn so that you don't think too much, then this film is good.
In any case, stay seated until after the credits. Hopefully the sequel will get better (which it usually doesn't).
