Battler Sienne Matra plot

The descendant of a ninja, Matra, is learning the last secret from her master, then working hard on her training. One day a student stands at the master's door, who hasn't been by in five. Her name is Kisara and turns out to be Matra's older sister. The master, named Hanzou, has reservations about her sudden appearance and notices her weakened left arm, which turns out to be the result of a curse. Then Kisara strikes and captures the master. A violent confrontation between Matra and Kisara is inevitable...
