Pravda plot
In post-Prague Spring Czechoslovakia, “Vladimir” and “Rosa” of the Groupe Dziga Vertov are making a revolutionary appeal against both the imperialist West and the Eastern Bloc, which with its tanks can hardly continue to sell the socialist dream. Film art itself is also examined, followed by self-criticism from the directors. If this film wants to show one thing, it is the truth (pravda) and how difficult it is to capture it in words and images.
