"HIS GREAT AFRICAN ADVENTURE!"
While on safari in Africa with his friend Grant, Clyde Beatty plans to buy some Numbian black-maned lions from Jo Carter. But her animals die in a fire. Despite the interference of Jo's rival, the merchant Gorman who hopes to ruin her, Beatty manages to save her business. He helps Jo by capturing an adult gorilla. When Grant is bitten by a tsetse fly and falls ill, Beatty takes Grant to the nearest hospital across the territory of the dangerous Matabeles tribe.
