Grenzeloze Liefde - Made in Africa plot

A documentary about three Dutch women who fell in love with Senegalese men and, against all prejudice and warnings, decided to follow their husbands abroad. The film shows how cultural differences cause cracks in mixed marriages and how the problems sometimes even lead to an insurmountable break. For example, the polygamy and 'wanting to share everything' of ex-model Hanna's husband causes irritation and the wasteful behavior of Jeanine's husband before her final departure from the Netherlands. Wilma has started a new life with her children after it turned out that her husband had a second marriage.
