"SEE the spectacular free-for-all race of 200 horsemen!"

Dave Walton is a deputy sheriff in a small town. In a will, a ranch is bequeathed to those who can prove to be ex-prison clients. Walton soon has his hands full with the dozens of ex-bandits who are flooding the city, many of whom are worthy of a second conviction.
