The Limburg pop group Rowwen Hèze draws full houses with their music sung in dialect, influenced by polkas and waltzes. In this documentary, the band visits southern Texas, where accordion and brass band music is also very popular. The focus is on their visit to Flaco and Santiago Jimenez: the founders of Tex-Mex. In addition, the band members visit a radio station in Austin and perform.
