Nick di Angelo is a humble parking attendant in Las Vegas. He is in love with the beautiful, British, high-class Lady Victoria. Through a hacker, Nick arranges for him to be high on the list of candidates for Oxford University. As soon as he has the necessary finances together, he will go to England. Once there he gets into an argument with everyone, except one girl, also an American one. He also gets a place in the famous Oxford rowing team.

Ridiculous. The idea that someone would want to go to Oxford to score a chick is a bad place to start, and it doesn't get any better. For a movie set in Oxford, it's all about the silliness. Lowe plays a stupid character, and he doesn't have a talent for humor either. Man, this was bad.
