Spaced Invaders plot
When a group of dim-witted aliens picks up a broadcast of Welles' "War of the Worlds", they are shocked, fearing that they are now missing the attack on Earth and their leader will not like it. Because they are too late, they rush to Earth in their lousy ship and end up in the town of Big Bean, Illinois. Of course they immediately shout that they want to exterminate the 'human scum', so that the local residents have it after them. The sheriff and his daughter realize it's a misunderstanding and try to protect the crazy aliens from themselves.
