The Questor Tapes plot
'Project Questor' is the brainchild of Dr. Vaslovik and concerns a plan to create an android superhuman. But the doctor is missing, as are half of the programming codes needed, but his team continues to work on the creation. When they're finally done, Vaslovik turns out to have placed a secret program in the superman's brain. It escapes and goes looking for him. It gets help from Jerry Robinson, who is thus suspected of stealing the android.
