Wild Times plot

Hugh Cardiff, a roving marksman, falls in love with the daughter of a wealthy rancher. Cardiff swears he'll make enough money from target shooting to get the dad's approval. Years later, Cardiff returns and discovers that the girl is now married. The father tries to frame Cardiff for a murder and shoots him in the back. Cardiff survives the attack, but gets a hit man after him. The rancher's daughter leaves her husband, leaving Cardiff behind with a jealous husband. Cardiff has since become a big star on a Wild West show.
