Summer Coda plot

"Closure is just the beginning."

Heidi grew up with her mother and hasn't spoken to her father since she was seven. Now a young woman, haunted by thoughts of him, she returns to Australia in search of affection. On the way to her hometown, Heidi is forced to earn money by playing her violin in the street. Her melancholic violin playing gets the attention of handsome orange picker Michael, who offers Heidi a ride. At first they are both wary, but an unexpected bond quickly rears its ugly head.
