Sharktopus plot
"Half-shark... Half-octopus... All killer."
A scientist (Eric Roberts) creates a new secret weapon for the military: the 'sharktopus', a cross between a shark and an octopus that can be controlled via electrical implants. The intention is that the sharktopus is used to tackle the modern pirates. But then the operating system breaks down and the beaches of Mexico fall victim to the murderous creation.
