"Vladimir" is an excruciating work of appalling laziness, as the newspaper De Morgen rightly states. I don't understand why The Guardian is giving this blunder a five out of five.
What an annoying, utterly bland series. It's a bit reminiscent of Fifty Shades of Grey, and it's just as much of a blunder. But Dornan still had a certain charisma, something Woodall completely lacks. Weisz's performance didn't exactly resonate with me either.
Actually, the series is pretty much at the general level of Netflix lately. It's a lot for not a lot of money, but it's more quantity than quality right now. I need to change that, or I might try a different streaming service...
