The American Lt. Harry Sennet is sent to investigate the people who tampered with missiles on Cape Kennedy. He finds out that a crazed crook had a hand in this. But, what's worse, this crook also has a huge laser cannon in his hands that will potentially destroy the entire world. Harry must now do everything he can to prevent that.
