Actually, Eva and Max are a happily married couple. But then the talented craftsman Max loses his job. Everything now revolves around his wife's events agency and it seems like her career is getting off to a good start. At first it doesn't seem to matter to Max that he has to play the houseman, but when he can't find a new job despite intensive efforts, he becomes increasingly jealous of his wife's fast career. The former 'dream team' seems to be increasingly different from each other. But when Eva's charming business partner Ralph treats her in a way that Max says is a little too friendly, the situation threatens to escalate.
