Towairaito Q plot

In the first part, while on vacation, Mayu finds a camera floating in the ocean. The video appears to be largely intact and contains a photo of Mayu herself with a man she has never seen before. But what seems even weirder is that the camera doesn't exist yet and will only be on the market in 2 years. In the second part, a downtrodden cop accepts the first case that comes his way: patrolling a man and a little girl. But who are they and why do planes flying over them spontaneously turn into giant carp? Normal research methods no longer seem to work as reality takes on strange forms.
