"When the questions are dangerous, the answers can be deadly."
Mike Brennan is a seasoned New York police cop who believes he can afford anything. For example, he lures a drug dealer into a trap and shoots him, without there being any legitimate self-defense. Kevin Quinn, head of the crime section, recommends a Questions & Answers (Q&A) investigation into the dealer's death. During the investigation, everyone appears to have a conflicting opinion about the controversial officer.
