"A fighting son of the west proves his bravery with a swift draw and dynamite wallop"

At the age of 6, Johnny Hume witnesses the gruesome murder of his parents and brother. Now 20 years later, Johnny is a real cowboy and sniper but is still haunted by nightmares and keeps getting paralyzed with fright in a real gunfight. However, when he witnesses a robbery on a stagecoach, he comes to the rescue and manages to chase the robbers away. He accompanies the stagecoach to the next town and is promptly appointed marshall, resurfacing his fears.
