Ice Twisters plot
"Hell has frozen over"
As global warming accelerates, drought wreaks havoc on the otherwise rainy Pacific Northwest region. Using liquid nitrogen, Project Rain Dance aims to solve the problem and cause rain. But the experiment goes horribly wrong, creating tornadoes that shoot razor-sharp shards of ice from the cloud funnels. Anything scientists try to stop these phenomena doesn't work, and it's now up to an author to suggest a solution scientists haven't thought of yet. But will his idea work in time to stop the disasters?
