Gordon of Ghost City plot

Buck Gordon and his famous horse Silver are hired by rancher John Mulford to investigate a series of cattle thefts. Buck soon discovers that the ringleader of the cattle robbers is Mulford's evil rancher Rance Radigan, and that he and his gang are hiding in the infamous and virtually deserted town of Ghost City. Mary Gray and her grandfather, prospector Amos Gray, have discovered a rich vein of gold running beneath some of Ghost City's abandoned shops. Unfortunately, Radigan gets to know about that. Things get complicated when the mysterious gunfighter Jim Carmody suddenly appears, who is said to be an old business partner of Amos Gray. Carmody wants Amos to close his gold mine, and he threatens both Buck and Radigan's outlaw gang.
