dr. Jack Hammond, a brilliant cardiac surgeon, is very civilized, values culture, education and general development and has been nominated to become Medical Director of a University Hospital. His son, Chris Hammond, a somewhat rambunctious teenager, has major problems meeting his father's extremely high standards and his test grades are almost below freezing. By chance, an old medicine man's potion ends up in Jack's glass and father and son switch bodies. Dad goes to school chewing gum and son gets in the Jaguar on his way to his first heart surgery... And that's just the beginning.
