South of the Border plot
A documentary about Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez. Oliver Stone wants to know if Chavez is indeed a greater danger than bin Laden and Fidel Castro combined, as the American media claims. And while he is in South America, he also interviews other South American presidents such as Lula Da Silva (Brazil), Cristina Kirchner (Argentia), Eva Morales (Bolivia), Raoul Castro (Cuba), Rafael Correa (Ecuador) and Fernando Luco (Paraguay).
