Song Shu Zi Sha Shi Jian plot

Oshima wakes up without his memory in the middle of a desert in South America next to a woman named Coco. She tells him that he originally planned to cross the desert with his girlfriend May, who had suddenly disappeared. He continues his journey with Coco.
