The Sheldon Kennedy Story plot

When Sheldon Kennedy meets an attractive model, he falls in love, or at least tries to fall in love. Because it turns out that something stands in the way: through his behavior Sheldon constantly pushes his beloved Jana away from him. Fearing losing Jana, Sheldon eventually confesses his secret to her: he was abused for years by coach Graham James. This confession stirs emotions that Sheldon managed to suppress for years. Thanks to Jana's love and support, he manages to face the past and begin the process of coming to terms with it.
