Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles plot

"Hey dude, this is NO cartoon."

Four mutated turtles learned Eastern art from a rat who masters Ninja techniques. They live in the sewers of the city. The first human she sees is the reporter April. The turtles befriend her and lend a hand in the fight against a crime wave in the city, behind which the organization Foot is behind.
