"Sometimes four ninjas just aren't enough!"
The movie starts in the 2003 universe. A fight between the Purple Dragon Street Gang and the Turtles is captured on film, but when it airs later on TV, all four Turtles (those from the 2003 universe) claim to know nothing about this fight. They break into the Purple Dragons' headquarters to find these "doppelganger Turtles", only to discover that the doppelganger are indeed actual Turtles.
