Rozmarné Léto plot
Middle-aged Antonin and his friends, a retired mayor and a priest hang out by the river, swimming and philosophizing. Suddenly it starts to rain. It's another one of those summers when it just rains. Antonin runs a swimming pool with his wife Katherine. The rut is broken when suddenly Ernie, a man with a horse and carriage, arrives. He puts a pole over the river and walks over it. With this trick he invites everyone to a performance that evening. Anna, Ernie's beautiful assistant, shares the night with Atonin. Because of this, Katherine decides to stay in Ernie's car. Even the mayor and the priest begin to see the beauty of Anna.
