The Love Letter plot
"A letter from the past would change their future forever."
Scotty Corrigan buys an antique table and finds in it a love letter written by a woman who has been dead for a hundred years. Jokingly, he writes and posts a reply to the letter. Miraculously, the letter reaches its past destination.

Nice mix between romance and a touch of sf fantasy , this movie reminded me a bit of SOMEWHERE IN TIME , a movie with a similar story from 1980 with Jayne seymore I think .
