Radio star Jack Benny, who actually plans to stay in New York for the summer, is challenged by his rival Fred Allen to prove he can stand his ground. Meanwhile, singer Joan Cameron, whom Jack has fallen for and who insulted him, has been lured by her sisters to the same Nevada town. Jack's lost battle to prove his manhood to Joan means a whole series of slapstick moments in a western setting.
