"The true story of Preston Tucker."
Preston Tucker was fascinated by cars as a child and set out to learn all about them so that he could build them himself. Indeed, as a youth he traveled to Detroit, the heart of the automotive industry, learned the trade, met Vera, raised a family with her and designed his first car model. As an extravagant and outgoing man, Tucker was not appreciated by everyone. His war vehicles were rejected by the government because they looked more like sports vehicles than all-terrain vehicles.
