The world's best brain surgeon has invented a new surgical technique: the cranial screw-top technique. The doctor is still suffering from the death of his wife. On his way home, in thoughts of his deceased wife, he bumps into someone. He saves this woman through surgery and they get married. Dolores refuses to consummate her husband's marriage, as she hopes she will soon die and inherit his possessions. On their honeymoon to Vienna, he meets a fellow surgeon who has a large number of brains in his lab. The doctor falls in love with one of the brains, but quickly needs a body because the brain quickly deteriorates in quality.
