"You think it is over... but the games have just begun."
With Jigsaw and his companion Amanda dead, the game seems to be over. But when a new videotape of Jigsaw shows up, it turns out that the game is far from over. Two FBI profilers try to solve the entire puzzle and search through Jigsaw's leftover items. But when a SWAT member is kidnapped and becomes part of the game, he's given 90 minutes to save the life of an old friend in addition to his own life.

I think this part is the least part of the Saw series so far. The tension and atmosphere of the first part in particular is somewhat lacking here. And the scenes are very messy and follow each other very quickly, so that you never feel the desolate feeling of the victims from earlier parts. It's nice that the background story of John Kramer is revealed. And the movies just keep getting grosser, especially that operation at the beginning of the movie.

I didn't like part 1 already, part 2 even worse, part 3 even worse, and this part even worse! Then why are you looking, I hear you ask. Well, because my daughter wanted to see these movies and asked if I wanted to watch with her. This also means that I still have a few parts to go, which we'll be watching soon. The plot twists at the end of each film become increasingly strange and incomprehensible, if the 'story' has any value at all. The main thing in these films is the degree of disgust of the traps, and mankind apparently enjoys watching this. The strange thing is that I don't even mind watching it, the films somehow hold my attention. On to part 5, and if the downward trend continues, I'll probably give it 1.5*.
