"ARRESTED FOR A MUDER HE DIDN'T COMMIT!"

Horatio 'Boston Blackie' Black is put in charge of several inmates who are forced to work at a factory during World War II. However, some prisoners have other plans and decide to rob a bank together. Blackie takes the blame to protect his own project. It's up to Blackie to find the inmates, while being chased by the police himself.
